Elmer and Letitia Mae Stufflebeam have been longtime favorites of Gridiron audiences. Rusty Garrett and Brenda Blagg have portrayed the backwoods couple for years. In 2006, however, Brenda could not be in the show, so Natalia Pizarro stepped in to play Tia Lupe, a Mexican border guard who arrested Elmer, then was serving in the Natural Guard.
