Clint Schaff, KUAF Director, to Emcee 2026 Show

Clint Schaff, director of KUAF, the public radio station covering all of Northwest Arkansas, has kindly agreed to serve as the Northwest Arkansas Gridiron’s emcee for its 2026 show.

The show is scheduled for 7 p.m. Thursday and Friday, Oct. 29-30, right before the fall election and your last chance to figure out whom to vote for.

Clint has been general manager of KUAF since July 2024, only the third general manager in history of the station since it became an affiliate of National Public Radio in 1985.

His background spans media innovation and community engagement.

As a founder of LA Times Studios, Clint developed audio, video, and event journalism, including hit podcasts, Oscar-winning documentaries, and multimedia events. An AdWeek Creative 100 honoree and Grand Effie winner, he has also led global operations for advertising and PR agencies.

Clint has taught media at USC and the University of Arkansas. He aims to expand KUAF’s reach and impact across west and northwest Arkansas, driven by his belief in public media’s role in fostering community dialogue.
