Molly Rawn, the mayor of Fayetteville, Arkansas, will emcee the 2025 Northwest Arkansas Gridiron Show. She is the 34th person to throw caution to the political winds and join in the cast of the Gridiron in the 35th edition of the show, which raises funding for journalism scholarships offered by the Northwest Arkansas chapter of the Society of Professional Journalists.
Since taking office earlier this year, she has prioritized aligning city operations with community needs, empowering staff expertise, and improving how residents engage with local government. She is known for her hands-on, people-centered approach and commitment to making Fayetteville more accessible to everyone.
Before her election, Rawn held leadership roles in tourism, nonprofit and cultural organizations, including as CEO of Experience Fayetteville. A proud Fayetteville resident for over 20 years, she lives in the city with her husband, Jeremy, and their three children.
